Who does organize the travel arrangement for DMC GURU?
Everything you see on website & our brochure –all our services & packages-are created & managed by dmc guru. We organise all travel arrangements in close cooperation with the very best local provides in each in each of destinations.
We have our own operations team who is very well trained & experienced in our industry. We do operations by our own which gives us better control over quality of services & prices.
Can you tailor make my own itinerary ?
Yes, we specialised in customized tours & small group tours. We can accommodate any of your preferences in any of our tours offered on our website. We can also workout a whole new tour if you wish so. We do know that holidays are best enjoyed with your loved ones & we are committed to deliver you best of the services on your dream holidays.

I have not travelled abroad before; will I be okay for it ?
We cater to many first time travellers for our international tours. We know it is little difficult to understand new place, new culture & new people in abroad. We also realise that some of our customers has hesitation to learn new things. But our staff will make you feel like home away from home. Our well trained tour managers speak Indian languages & they will help you to learn new things. You will always feel that you are with safe & knowledgeable tour operator.

What if I need support while I am on tour?

How does the booking process work?
Once you finalised your tour, you need to submit filled booking form with all information & documentation to our office. Travel consultant will be in contact with you for further procedure.
How can I pay for my tour?
We accept cheque & electronic bank transfer into our bank accounts in United Kingdom. All financial transactions are protected by the best firewalls available.
What currencies I can pay ?
We do accept payment in Pounds GBP, Euro, CHF & US dollars. Your travel consultant can guide you further information
Do you offer discounts?
We do offer various promotional discounts for groups, children, elderly customers, community groups, corporate groups & off peak season discounts. Please inquire us for specific discounts applicable.
We also offer early bird discount to our customer, please contact your travel consultant.
What is a difference between Infant & Child?
Infant is any guest below age of 2 years & child is guest who is above 2 years & below 11 years of age.
Why there is a huge difference between child & infant ?
Airlines have different airfares for both infant and child as per their defined age category. For infant, airfare is 10% of the adult fair whereas for child, it is 75% of adult fare or at times child fare may be the same as adult airfare. For child above 2 years we also provide separate coach seats for the entire tour.
What happens if I need to change or cancel my tour?
Our cancellation procedure will be applicable in such situations. Please refer to our terms & condition section for further information. Terms & condition
What are the modes of travel on travel ?
The modes of travel depend on the tour you have selected. Most of our tours are by flight, coach, train, cruise etc as mentioned in tour itinerary. Please refer to respective tour itinerary mentioned on our website or brochure.
Do you include night journey on tours?
We normally avoid night journeys except it is flight journey or overnight train sleeper journey.
How hectic your tour itinerary is?
We try to make our tour itinerary as comfortable & pleasant as possible. Some days in your itinerary may be little busier than other days to cover most of the major tourist attraction on specific location or country.
Do we have to walk a lot?
Most of the sightseeing places require walking. Distance may defer from place to place. Our well experienced drivers & tour guide will try to make it as minimum as possible.
Do I require to wake up early in the morning on tou?
Most of our tour has wakeup call at 6 am in the morning, breakfast at 7 am & departure at 8 am. It will be mentioned clearly in the tour itinerary.
Do you have arrangements for disabled guests?
We welcome our guest with disability & we appreciate their wish to travel world with us. A qualified companion must accompany the disabled guest as individual assistance cannot be given by tour manager considering he has to manage the entire group.
Will I get leisure time while I am on tour?
Group tours are designed such a way that you can see maximum places, so you will only have your own time when you reach hotel. Some of our itineraries also provide you leisure time to do shopping by your own. Please refer to detailed tour itinerary.
What if I or my family members fall sick on tour and unable to continue the tour as per the schedule?
If you fall sick on tour, please inform you tour manager immediately. The tour manager will assist you in making all necessary arrangements for the medical aid, doctors on call etc. However the cost will have to be borne by you. Here, Insurance plays major role while you are travelling international where medical expenses may be very high. We highly recommend that you should get yourself and your family insured adequate before travel.
Will I get Indian meal on tour?
We do provide Indian meal on all our tours. We offer vegetarian and non vegetarian meal options on tour. We can also provide you Jain food on most of the places.
Where do you provide meal on tour?
Most of our tours will have meal served at Indian restaurants which will give them enough comfort & ambience to enjoy their meal. We may also provide our guest a packed lunch or meal prepared by caravan kitchen on some days. We make sure that the quality of food served to our guest remains above the expectation always.
Will I get enough break while road journey?
We do understand guest require regular break for toilet & for drinks (tea, cold drinks etc.) & that is why we have introduced sufficient breaks on all our road journeys.
Hotels & Accommodation What categories of hotels are provided by DMC GURU?
The hotels offered by us are 3*/4* category with all basic amenities.
Are the hotels located in the city?
The hotels are booked as per the availability and are located at convenient locations.
What are the types of room offered?
For all our tours we provide Double room, Twin Room & Single room for our guest. It can be requested upon the booking.
How many people can stay in room?
Generally major hotels allow 1 adult 1 child, 2 adults, & 2 adults with child. Guest can request type of room and room sharing details at the time of booking.
Is it safe to keep our belongings in the hotel room when we go for sightseeing?
Porterage service is subject to availability on prior request with certain charges. In most of the countries porters are not available as in India so we recommend you to carry stroller bags or four wheel bags which are very easy to carry & move.
Documentation Do I need a passport for travel?
Passport is mandatory document for any international travel. Without this document we cannot accept any booking request from guest. It is guests’ responsibility to get passport issued from the authority & to submit the photocopy while booking a tour with us.
What visa I will require for tour?
To visit the country it is mandatory to get the visa (Visitor Intending to Stay Abroad) from respective country’s authority. Our tour consultant will guide you to apply visa to concern authority.
Does Snehal Travels provide Visa Assistance?
Yes we will assist you to get your visa done. We have our separate team who looks after your visa requirement. We will guide & help you to get your visa as soon as possible with least hassle.
What is guarantee of getting the VISA?
Granting VISA or not is solely based on discretion of concern high commission /embassy of respective country. We cannot give any guarantee for VISA as this is beyond our control but we will apply all our knowledge, paperwork & expertise to help you in this matter.
If due to VISA rejection I need to cancel my tour, how will I be refunded?
Yes, you will be getting your refund after deducting visa application fee and cancellation fees.
Do I need Overseas Travel Insurance?
It is advised to have adequate overseas travel insurance to meet any medical expenses while you are abroad on tour.
